Job Description


About The Role

We are recruiting for Senior Crewing Officer role within Qatar Executive.

In this role, you are responsible for creating legal and optimized roster for Pilots and Cabin Crew using optimization systems. You will ensure all other roster-related activities are performed within deadlines and meets the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority requirements. You are also accountable of managing the support process for crew and management.

Specific Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Ensures compliance with the regulations as stipulated in Operating Manual Part A - Chapter 7.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and Department’s instructions.
Supports to meet Company and Department’s main Sales and Financial objectives.
Ensures to take responsibility of direct reports on the job training and familiarization process within Qatar Executive.
Handles Crew standard roster bidding process
Ensures roster and crew coverage for all aircrafts on daily basis and manages crew shortage.
Utilizes Crew Rostering system to achieve greatest balance and crew utilization targets.
Handles crew leave surplus and roster managements efficiently.
Plans Cabin Crew annual leave for all crew who are not on a standard roster.
Ensures crew training for Flights are based on legality, training requirements, special requests and other valid requirements.
Monitors crew duty restriction and handles Commander Discretion approval process and daily disruption.
Oversees all Crew notification process, concierge work areas and other work assignment. Ensures the tasks are completed in timely manner by Crewing Officers.
Ensures proper shift handover to the management and staff.
Participates in information exchange and offer information to improve business process.
Supports management for operation integrity.
Manages the work performance of direct reports to meet the company standards.
Key user of FOS system and provides feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensures integrity of all systems, data and settings within the work area.
